ORMOC CITY-A four-year-old girl died while her mother sustained injuries after the motorcycle they were on board bumped into a truck in Caibiran, Biliran on Monday(July 31) at about 4:50 pm.
Declared dead on the spot due to the severe injuries she sustained was Alliyah Kaye Repunte while her mother, Kiana Mae, 21 and another companion, Joan Solayao, 25, suffered injuries.
A report from the local police said that the victims were cruising a national road in Barangay Manlabang when they hit the rear right side of the truck driven by Edgar Marinduque.
The strong impact resulted for the three to fell to the ground which resulted for them to suffer injuries.
All were brought to the rural health facility but the child was declared as dead on arrival.
