TACLOBAN CITY– The construction of the school building at North Hill Arbours Integrated School in Tacloban City has reached a significant milestone, with completion now standing at 40%. The project, spearheaded by the Tacloban City District Engineering Office, aims to address the increasing demand for educational facilities in the area.

Funded under the General Appropriations Act 2023, the construction project has an allocated budget of P 14,968,770.81. This initiative involves the erection of a two-story, six-classroom building to accommodate the burgeoning student population in Tacloban North. Commencing on December 6, 2023, the project has been progressing steadily to meet the educational infrastructure needs of the community.

In a statement by the Officer-in-Charge (OIC) District Engineer, Rebecca G. Yuse, she remarked, “The construction of the school building at North Hill Arbours Integrated School is progressing as planned, and we are pleased to see the project reaching the 40% completion mark.” (PR)
