Ormoc City – The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) – Leyte 4th District Engineering Office (DEO) held a turnover ceremony on Thursday, February 23, 2023 for the Assistant District Engineer (ADE) position. Outgoing ADE Irwin L. Antonio handed over his responsibilities to the incoming ADE Rosita A. Tinawin.
Antonio, who served as the ADE for over 10 years and was instrumental in the successful implementation of various infrastructure projects in the district, will be reassigned as ADE in Biliran DEO.
Meanwhile, Tinawin brings with her a wealth of experience having previously served as ADE in Tarlac 2nd DEO and is expected to contribute significantly to the district’s development efforts.
With the turnover, the office aims to continue its commitment to delivering quality infrastructure projects that will benefit the people of the district. (PR)
