Catarman N. Samar– The Department of Public Works and Highways Northern Samar First District Engineering Office led by Engr. Arvin C. Poso joined the 14th ‘KAUSWAGAN CARAVAN’ held in Brgy. Maxvilla, Victoria Northern Samar on March 31, 2023.
Basic services of the government and non-government organizations were offered to residents of five (5) Barangays namely; Brgy. Buenasuerte, Brgy. Pasabuena, Brgy. Maxvilla, Brgy. Lungib and Brgy. Luisita, all are within the municipality of Victoria.
The district office distributed 60 sets of school supplies,4 boxes of pencils and candies, for elementary students. The activity aimed to further improve engagement to the public.
