Ormoc City – Officer-In-Charge (OIC) District Engineer Rosita A. Tinawin of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Leyte 4th District Engineering Office (DEO) recently presided over a meeting with the drivers and guards to emphasize the strict adherence to guidelines regarding the use of government vehicles. She reminded the personnel that these vehicles must bear government plates and be clearly marked.
Additionally, she emphasized that they should be reserved exclusively for official business purposes and should be utilized with proper documentation. According to the DE, these measures are crucial to ensure transparency and accountability in the use of public resources. The meeting also provided an opportunity for the personnel to raise questions, enabling them to obtain clarifications on any concerns they had.
