NSSDEO, Brgy. Burabud, Laoang, Northern Samar– Engineers of DPWH-NSSDEO under the Planning and Design Section conduct ROCOND Survey, in connection with the Road and Bridge Information Application (RBIA). The said activity was conducted last March 13 – April 30, 2023 in the Mainland and Pacific Area covering a total road length of 141.723 kilometers.
The RoCond Survey team rate their RoCond Survey with a minimum of 10 to 29km of 2-lane flexible pavement road per day depending on traffic, road and weather conditions on a given day.
The team was composed of Engr. Vinna Elsa U. Garabel, RBIA District Coordinator accompanied by Engr. Jessther Dhiann P. Sosing and Assisted by Minda S. Loyogoy, Jake T. Castillo, Rival N. Espina and Kim Jake C. Unay.
Data Encoding is being done by the designated RBIA Coordinators through the DES (Data Entry System) computer application. Output files from DES is submitted to the RBIA Regional Coordinator together with the hard copy, Engr. Anunciado said.
As part of their continuing RoCond Survey, the strengthening efforts of the NSSDEO PDS have become more systematic and efficient, Engr. Anunciado said.
