Ormoc City – The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Leyte 4th District Engineering Office (DEO) OIC-District Engineer Rosita A. Tinawin engages in an on-camera interview with the news team from San Juanico Media Productions (SJMP), the publisher of Radyo Abante – SJTV (Facebook), SJTV (Youtube), and San Juanico Balita (newspaper).
During the interview, OIC-DE Tinawin provided the latest updates on several key projects including solar water system projects, preventive maintenance/asphalt overlays, as well as road and bridge widening projects. She also shared that although some of them have challenges such as right-of-way concerns, they were being addressed diligently, and reported an accomplishment rate of 88.27% for the DEO’s 2023 projects under General Appropriations Act (GAA).
