ORMOC CITY– A joint operation by the Naval Municipal Police Station and the provincial office of the Bureau of Jail and Management and Penology (BJMP) together with the Philippine Coast Guard conducted an ‘Oplan Galugad/Greyhound Operation’ at a jail facility in Naval, Biliran on Wednesday (August 30) at about 2:30 pm.
The operation yielded negative of any contraband such as illegal drugs or deadly weapons.
The operation, which lasted for over an hour, ended with no untoward incident happening.
