TINGOG Party-list Rep. Yedda Marie K. Romualdez (center) graces a momentous occasion as godmother to 48 newlyweds who particpated the “63rd Pa-Wedding ni Tambunting” at tne Activity Area, G/F SM City Bicutan, Brgy. Don Bosco in Parañaque City Saturday morning.
In her message, Romualdez, Chairperson of the House Committee on Accounts, congratulated the couples who tied the knot in a mass ceremony and wished them a long and happy marriage.
She underscored the importance of always ensuring respect, caring for each other, and keeping the flames of love burning as formula to road to forever.
The House leader also said she was honored to be part of this important milestone in the lives of 48 lovely couples.

The “Pa-Wedding ni Tambunting” is a project started by Rep. Gus Tambunting when he was a councilor, together with his wife, former Rep. Joy Myra Tambunting.
The mass wedding is usually held on the last Saturday of every month, with the objective to help couples in financial distress, especially those who have been living together without a valid marriage.
On its 63rd year this 2023, the 48 couples declared their “I do’s” in a ceremony officiated by Mayor Olivarez. (PR)
