TACLOBAN CITY-Tacloban City District Engineering Office(TCDEO) has recently achieved a significant milestone by passing the Annual Internal Audit Services (IAS) with flying colors.
The audit, which took place from April 8 to April 12, 2024, focused extensively on the technical operations of the office.
Led by the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Central Office Audit team, headed by Director of IAS, Luz M. Dela Rosa, along with seasoned auditors Marina A. Leoparte and Artemio V. Cruz, the audit process was meticulous and thorough.
The team was graciously accommodated and supported by OIC District Engineer Rebecca G. Yuse and her dedicated team of Section Chiefs responsible for the technical operations of the office.
The culmination of the audit was marked by a closing meeting held on Friday, April 12, where the audit highlights were revealed. It was confirmed during this session that TCDEO has met the stringent standards set forth by the auditors.
