Ormoc City – The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Leyte 4th District Engineering Office (DEO) led by Officer-In-Charge (OIC) – District Engineer Rosita A. Tinawin and OIC – Assistant District Engineer Peter Scheler V. Soco, along with project engineers convened with key officials from City Environment and Natural Resources Office (CENRO), People’s Organization, and contractors on Wednesday, May 22, 2024 at the DPWH Training Room to discuss issuance of tree cutting and/or earth balling permit for trees affected by DPWH projects as well as the importance of responsible tree replacement and reforestation.
